Rich Tabaka is a visionary entrepreneur reshaping the oil and gas industry. As the founder and CEO of Allied Resource Partners, he has built a company from the ground up that is raising the bar in oil and gas investment.

Rich’s work ethic was instilled early on by his parents, who immigrated from Poland with nothing but determination and resilience. Inspired by their pursuit of the American Dream, Rich began forging his own path at a young age—flipping houses in high school and earning a full-ride Evans Scholarship as a caddy.

With a background in construction and restoration, Rich values precision, excellence, and innovation. Allied Resource Partners is the culmination of his relentless drive, industry expertise, and forward-thinking leadership.

Rich lives in Denver with his wife and two sons, Hudson and Caleb.
